Description: The URL scheme app-prefs:// to open the Settings app does not work.

"*app-prefs:// seems to be busted 😦"
Solution: User yukunan discovered the fix. Message 1378795341658460270:
"I could fix it by changing it to App-prefs://. The URL(s) seem to be case-sensitive?"
