BUG: Phone App URL Scheme is Buggy

Description: Using the phone:// URL scheme doesn't open the Phone app correctly. Instead, it shows a blank call prompt that doesn't function.

"I’m only having one issue with the phone app, every time I try to open phone from the smile widget it kind of bugs out like this and doesn’t open the phone app."

Workaround: Users suggest using a custom shortcut to open the Phone or Contacts app instead.
