BUG: Reminders App URL Scheme is Outdated

Description: The Reminders URL scheme provided in the "Search Common Apps" list (x-apple-reminder://) is outdated and doesn't work on newer iOS versions (e.g., 18.1.1).
Solution: The user found the correct, working URL scheme.
